Company Description:

Advanced Process Technologies, Inc. (APT) serves the Dairy & Food Industry with plant concept, design, process, mechanical and electrical/automation engineering; along with equipment manufacturing and complete installation. We are committed to design, fabricate, and install the best system possible for new or existing facilities.

Our first Advanced Cheese Vat (ACV) was developed and installed to provide the industry with a design proven to enhance performance that is unsurpassed in cheesemaking operations. With 3 US patents, the Advanced Cheese Vat is a signature piece of equipment manufactured by APT. Since our first AFV in 2006, APT increased sales 400% by 2010. We are proud to have increased an additional 400% from 2010 to 2016 with 11 ACV’s commissioned over the last 12 months. With over fifty ACV’s throughout US and Canada, our customers are touting the ACVs performance, reliability, and our customer service so we expect the number of ACV’s in service to continues to grow significantly every year.

Since APT’s inception we listened to our customers concerns and their expressed needs from an equipment/system suppler so in 2010, APT announced the merger with Advanced Automation whose core business was electrical engineering; providing automation controls, programming, hardware and software services. APT has always strived to be the best at what we do and this was a natural development to continue to provide our customers with the best support. Now with an electrical controls/automation staff of over twenty, with a combined 200+ years in the automation field, our capabilities not only include the automation of our own equipment but also we have the talent, size, and experience to automate and integrate our customer’s entire process. We are now continuously working as the main automation integrator with the responsibility of integrating all other components into and overall cohesive plant automation system.

To better serve the growing number of customers in the Western market, APT started a facility in Jerome, Idaho which has doubled in size since originating in 2011.This location is staffed with Process Mechanical and Electrical/Automation Engineers as well as Field Installers. Our most recently addition was a fourth facility in Visalia, CA to ensure our customers will continue to receive quality products with on-time delivery. APT’s commitment to complete customer satisfaction was enhanced in 2014 with the expansion of a second Minnesota location that increased APT’s production area by 30% and included a brand new sandblasting area, which allows APT to sandblast large pieces of equipment. The addition of the sandblast booth allows us to keep all aspects of the stainless steel fabrication process in-house which in turn creates savings for APT and our customers.

Also in 2014, APT successfully manufactured and installed its first four Advanced Finishing Vats (AFV’s). The AFV is an instrumental part of APT’s line of cheese making equipment as we continue to be committed to customer needs for product consistency with increased profits. APT’s new enclosed AFV’s are available in several sizes to meet the demands of high volume production plants. Typically utilized in high volume stirred curd production plants, AFV’s will generate labor savings through increased thru-put, reduced maintenance, and automatic CIP cleaning.

From conceptual design thru commissioning, APT has been involved in developing specialized systems for complex protein extraction, milk fat processing and cultured dairy products. We also handle complete process system from a 640lb hoop process to 500lb barrels. Our capabilities include automated conveyor systems, pallet handling equipment, precision filling system, customized probe systems and automated vacuum press chambers all tailored to our customers specific need for complete process integration. Since 2000 we have helped our customers grow their business and profits. Perfecting performance and increasing efficiencies is a standard goal of APT’s Products and Services. President Craig Campbell states, “Providing conceptual designs, engineered solutions and a full line of cheesemaking equipment solidifies our position in the food and dairy industry. We are very excited about the future of APT. As this industry continues to grow, we will continue to expand to meet the demands of our customers.”

APT believes in starting each project with our proven technology and expertise and completing each project earning our customer’s trust. By continued support and service after project completion, APT Inc. continues our tradition of: “Complete Systems. Complete Satisfaction.”
